Objective

The Office Technician will be responsible for data entry, scanning and filing documents.

Key Functions

  • Scans Synergy paperwork and files them physically and electronically
  • Assist office administrator with calls and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Provides information and assistance to clients, customers, and patients
  • Answers minor inquires for the general public
  • Performs typing and other clerical duties
  • Manages Synergy’s filing system
